We are located 8 miles south of Tahoe City on Highway 89 (a.k.a. W. Lake Blvd). We are two miles south of Homewood Ski Area and ½ mile north of Sugarpine State Park. Reservation Policy
We are open year round. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash payments.
Checks are acceptable for advanced payment, but must be received three weeks before arrival.
We allow dogs upon approval.
Check In is 3:00pm on arrival day. Check Out is 11:00am on the day of departure.
We charge half of the reservation total at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 30 days of arrival there is no refund unless we can rebook the unit. During holidays there are no refunds unless we can rebook the unit. There are no refunds for "no-shows" or "early departures."

Late Arrivals - Please Call Ahead
When you pull into the driveway at the front of the lodge, the office is to you immediate right. Park in front of it or as near as you can find space.
Locate the bulletin board on the office door. There will be an envelope with your name and the name of your accomodation on it. Inside is a key and very specific directions from the office to your unit. Only one person in 23 years has misunderstood this arrangement.
This method eliminates "telephone tag" and allows you to arrive whenever you can. Many time this is in the early hours of the monrning due to travel and weather conditions, work situations, etc.
Follow the written directions to your accomodation. Park in the space provided. Please turn off all vehicle alarms.
